A 12-month group preceptorship programme for AHPs navigating their first year of practice alongside others on the same journey. This is perfect for organisations that employ less than 5 AHPs or maybe you're a group of friends from university all going solo and would like to do this newly qualified life together?!

A supportive and structured space to learn, reflect and grow together — combining guided development with the connection that comes from knowing you're not the only one figuring it all out. All sessions have built in fun, laughter and interactivity! As well as targeting those 'real-world' scenarios that they do not prepare you for at university.

This includes:

• A welcome 1:1 with me — a lovely hello call where I want to hear all about your journey, introduce you to the portfolio and answer any questions you may have.

• Monthly 2-hour group sessions — working through the structure highlighted below, with opportunities to create bespoke group topics around key themes or concerns that are relevant to you.

• A bespoke CPD portfolio — created around you and your role, with development linked to the HCPC CPD standards, alongside four core elements that everyone will complete.

• Additional support available — preceptor training, a yearly thematic report and 1:1 sessions throughout the year can all be added on to your package.

You will grow throughout the year, roughly following the structure below:

• Finding Your Feet

(Months 1–3)
Building confidence, navigating the transition from student to practitioner and developing your clinical independence.

• Finding Your Voice

(Months 4–6)
Exploring communication, feedback, boundaries, teamwork and the challenges of finding your place within a professional team.

• Finding Your Identity

(Months 7–9)
Understanding your values, strengths and professional identity, and reflecting on the clinician you want to become.

​

• Finding Your Direction

(Months 10–12)
Developing your CPD practice, exploring leadership, reflecting on your progress, thinking about your career and preparing for continued development beyond preceptorship.

Everyone goes through their first year at a different pace, this is why this is just a rough outline as it may take someone a little longer to find their feet.

Throughout the programme, you'll build your CPD portfolio, learn alongside your peers and create your own Blume Box -  your personal toolkit of learning, reflections, resources and confidence to take with you into the next chapter of your career.
