Blume Beyond is also available as a group programme for organisations looking to support a cohort of AHPs beyond preceptorship. The group sessions are perfect to interact, learn and network with AHPs in your organisation or maybe also a partnering organisation. 

 

Blume Beyond is for Allied Health Professionals who have moved beyond those first years of practice and are ready to keep growing, developing their professional identity and think about what comes next.

Preceptorship might have finished, but your development doesn't have to. Blume Beyond gives you dedicated space to step back from the day-to-day, reflect on where you are now, identify where you want to grow and turn those ideas into meaningful professional development. Beyond is also fantastic if you never had the opportunity to complete a Preceptorship programme.

My mentoring is underpinned by A-EQUIP model — a framework designed to support AHPs to reflect on their practice, develop professionally, build confidence and continually improve the care they provide. As well as the Four Pillars of Practice - which provides a structure for thinking about the different areas of your professional practice and how you can continue to develop within them. Because, like many, you may think your path just involves clinical practice but I'm here to tell you there is much more to discover and steps you can take to develop in different areas - you might surprise yourself and actually like something you never intended on doing! A big focus on restorative supervision throughout.

At the heart of Blume Beyond are the Four Pillars of Practice:

• Clinical Practice — developing your clinical knowledge, skills, confidence and quality of practice.

• Leadership — exploring your leadership style, influence, teamwork and how you can make a difference beyond your individual role.

• Education — developing your skills in teaching, learning, supervision and sharing knowledge with others.

• Research — building confidence in using evidence, engaging with research and contributing to improving practice.

The aim isn't to tick boxes across four pillars. It's about understanding where you are, where you want to go and identifying the areas that will help you get there.

🌸 Start with you
We'll begin with an initial group mentoring session to explore your journey so far, your values, your goals and what you want from your next chapter.

🌱 Explore your practice
You'll then have four focused mentoring sessions, each exploring one of the Four Pillars of Practice. Together, we'll identify your strengths, explore areas for growth and consider how each pillar connects to your career aspirations.

✨ Put it into practice
Your final session is an opportunity to bring everything together. You'll present on a topic of your choice, reflect on your development and create some clear next steps for where you want to go from here.
